Landlord-tenant law is dynamic and evolving. The law has become increasingly complex with the proliferation of different forms of tenant protections and strict landlord obligations. Landlord-tenant law is imposing on even small landlords and failure to abide by evolving regulation has become increasingly consequential to landlords. We plan to offer the following services to help ensure the smooth back-end operation of real estate property investments in both the residential and commercial sphere:

- The drafting, negotiation, and enforcement of leases, legal notices, deposit dispositions, disclosures, and any ancillary agreements or other documents otherwise incidental to the landlord-tenant relationship

- Unlawful detainer (eviction) proceedings and litigation

- Habitability (local, state, and federal legal compliance)

- Demands, dispute resolution and court-binding stipulation
